- Not misuse the Website for fraudulent or harmful activities
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for violations.
3. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and details. However:
- Product colours or appearance may vary slightly
- Seasonal items, handmade chocolates, or artisanal pieces may have natural variations
- Nutritional values and ingredients are provided wherever applicable
- The shelf life of chocolates is usually 6 months.
- Store it in a cool and dry place if needed in the refrigerator.

4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
- Prices may be updated without prior notice
- Payment must be completed through approved gateways
- Taxes (e.g., GST) may be applied as required
- Orders are processed only after successful payment
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Your order constitutes an offer; we reserve the right to accept or decline it.
We may cancel orders due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Incorrect or incomplete details
- Fraudulent/suspicious activity
- Technical or pricing errors
In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per policy mentioned below.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
- Accurate delivery information is the customer’s responsibility
- Responsibility transfers to the customer upon shipment
7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Due to the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of chocolates:
Non-returnable items:
- Chocolates
- Personalized hampers
- Gift boxes or assortments
- Any customized order
Eligible for Replacement (Not Return):
- Damaged product on arrival
- Incorrect item delivered
- Tampered or unsealed package
- Verified quality concerns
Conditions:
- Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photo/video evidence is mandatory
- Resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund at ChocoAVA’s discretion
Eligible for Refund:
- 100% of the amount would be refunded in case the order is not processed within 24 hours of receiving payment and cancelled due to the above mentioned reasons.
- 50% of the amount would be refunded in case the order is processed but went out of stock.
Refund policy:
- Payment would be processed through bank transfer after 7 to 14 business working days from the date of approval of concern raised from the customer.
- If there is any kind of misbehavior from the customers’ end, the concern gets cancelled and the amount won’t be refunded in any case.
8. Promotions, Offers & Discounts
- Promotional codes are subject to specific terms
- Offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time
- Multiple coupons cannot be combined unless stated
- Misuse of coupons may lead to order cancellation
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including:
- Logos
- Brand assets
- Website content
- Designs
- Photographs
- Packaging designs

Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChocoAVA will not be liable for:
- Delivery delays caused by third-party partners
- Allergic reactions if ingredient information was provided
- Loss or damage arising from misuse or improper storage
- Website interruptions, cyber threats, or technical failures
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
