1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to:

Establish clear guidelines on optimal consumption, safe usage, and responsible indulgence of ChocoAVA chocolate products.

Ensure customer well-being, product effectiveness, and enhanced brand trust.

Standardize internal and external communication regarding how and when ChocoAVA chocolates should be consumed.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

All ChocoAVA customers, retail partners, and bulk buyers.

Employees, staff, and brand collaborators representing ChocoAVA.

All ChocoAVA products, including artisanal chocolates, novelty shapes, hampers, gifting lines, seasonal collections, and premium confectionery.

3. Consumption Guidelines

3.1 Recommended Timing for Consumption

ChocoAVA chocolates may be enjoyed:

Post-Meals (Ideal)

Enhances satisfaction after lunch/dinner.

Prevents overconsumption and supports mindful indulgence.

During Energy Dips (Between 3 PM – 6 PM)

Provides a quick, comforting, mood-boosting treat.

Suitable for office breaks, study sessions, and short refreshment windows.

Special Moments & Occasions

Celebrations, personal milestones, festive events, and gift exchanges.

4. Portion Control Recommendations
